4:30 – 5:15 pm Choose hurdles, strength/plyos, relay, or high jump

5:15 – 6 pm Choose hurdles, strength/plyos, relay, or high jump

Thursday Options

4:30 – 5:15 pm Choose long jump, high jump, strength/plyos, relay, hurdles, or recovery run.

5:15 – 6 pm Choose long jump, high jump, speed development, shot put, or hurdles.

Athletes may practice during both sessions or attend just one. Athletes may NOT participate in the same activity more than once per practice day.
