Hello 12U Families!
We had a great JV Meet yesterday in Fillmore. I was super impressed by the athletes, and we had numerous Personal Records set! Yesterday’s JV Meet concludes the Tigres season except for athletes that have qualified for Varsity.
I have notified the athletes that have qualified for the Varsity Meet individually and look forward to witnessing great performances this Saturday, May 6th at Moorpark High School. For those that have qualified for Varsity, we will have regular practices this week Monday and Wednesday with specialties Tuesday and Thursday. Practices this week are only for those that have qualified for Varsity.
Our Tigres Picnic is this Sunday, May 7th at noon. The picnic will be held in the Quad area of Buena High School, located in the center of the school, behind the cafeteria. Tigres will provide various pizzas, and we 12U families are to bring drinks for 12 people in individual containers. Lunch will be served from 12:00-1:00, followed by announcements and a celebration of our athletes’ accomplishments broken down by age group. Bring a picnic blanket or chairs.
If your athlete has misplaced something over the season, the lost and found will be brought to the picnic location for one last look before everything unclaimed is donated.
