Hello Bantam Parents –
I hope those of you who had athletes competing at Saturday’s Varsity meet enjoyed the day – another great day, and several PR’s all the way around. In addition to the record-setting performances by the girls – Chelsea Ochoa with a new 1600m record, and the 4×4 relay team of Ryan Mendez, Chelsea Ochoa, Audrey Cunningham and Lily Shadden with a new 4×4 relay record – there were several other outstanding performances by everyone who participated yesterday, and several first place finishes.
By now, I should have notified those who will be moving on to next weekend’s meet. The seeding meeting is tomorrow night, so for those that are ‘on the bubble’ so to speak, we will know tomorrow evening. Practice will continue from 4:30 to 5:30 during the regular practice days.
