Here are the workouts for this week.  If your athlete is in the Red Bulls, Ninja Bunny Rabbits or Cheetahs, they are in the “Sprint” groups.  If your athlete is in the “Crushers” group, they are in the distance group.  Please let me know if anyone has any questions about the workouts.
