Each Tigres family should have received their volunteer assignment confirmation (either by text or email) through the RunFaster website for our Third Annual Austin Gambill Practice Meet this Saturday, March 2 at the Buena High School track. You must confirm your volunteer assignment each week we have a home meet.

This practice meet will give all our parent volunteers a chance to learn their volunteer jobs for the season. Please expect delays at this meet while everyone works out the kinks. Thank you to everyone for your help and patience!
6:30 a.m — Set up Volunteers Arrive
7:45 a.m. — All other Volunteers Arrive
Please report to your appropriate locations for your volunteer role so you can receive training information prior to the start of the meet. Take down volunteers begin at 10:30 am.
8:30 a.m. — Meet start time
(Coaches will have earlier arrival times for athletes.)
The meet should end around noon, but please expect possible delays of up to an hour. Please remember to sign in and sign out on the clipboards at your volunteer shifts. Thank you!
Athletes should wear their uniforms and bring their own water bottles.
If your athlete still needs a uniform you will be able to purchase uniforms for a short time before the meet begins from 7:30 to 7:45 a.m. You can also purchase uniforms during practice this week on Thursday (2/29).
