Each family should have been notified by email or phone about their volunteer assignment for our practice meet this Saturday, March 4. If you have not received notification about your volunteer responsibilities, please contact our Volunteer Coordinator Jeremy Patelzick at tigres.ventura@gmail.com
This practice meet will give all our parent volunteers a chance to learn their volunteer jobs for the season. Please expect delays at this meet while everyone works out the kinks. Thank you to everyone for your help and patience!
6:30 a.m — Set up Volunteers
7:45 a.m. — All other Volunteers Check in at the Volunteer Tent and then please report to your appropriate locations for your volunteer role so you can receive training information prior to the start of the meet. Take down volunteers begin at 11 am.
8:30 a.m. — Meet start time
(Coaches will have earlier arrival times for athletes.)
The meet should end around noon, but please expect possible delays of up to an hour. Please remember to sign in and sign out on the clipboards at your volunteer shifts. Thank you!
Athletes should wear their uniforms and bring their own water bottles. If your athlete still needs a uniform you will be able to pick up and purchase uniforms for a short time before the meet from 7:30 to 7:45 a.m. Other apparel items will be available throughout the meet.

who was a Tigres athlete for three seasons before his tragic death on March 13, 2020.
