We had a great first day of practice, thank you to all the parents who were able to attend the parent meeting.
I have attached our season training plan and our team parent meeting summary. Please review the parent meeting summary if you were unable to attend practice today, especially if you are new to Tigres. It contains practice and meet information, expectations, etc.
The season training plan has been carefully put together and it spells out the team workouts for the entire season. If your Tigre has to miss a workout and wants to run on their own, they can find out what their teammates did at practice. Additionally, you can refer back to this document if your Tigre wants to know the workouts in advance.
