Practice Schedule

Tentative 2025 Tigres Practice Schedule

All age groups will have two regular team practice days each week. There will also be opportunities to work on specific events and skills on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

8U (Gremlins) —  2017 – 2018 —Tuesdays/Thursdays 4:30 to 5:45 pm

(Gremlins do not participate in Specialty Practices.)

10U (Bantams) —  2015 – 2016 — Mondays/Wednesdays 4:30 to 6 pm
12U (Juniors) — 2013 – 2014 — Mondays/Wednesdays 4:30 to 6 pm
Youth & Intermediate — 2007 – 2012 — Mondays/Wednesdays 4:30 to 6 pm

Mondays (practices are focused on endurance – the distance group will typically leave to run off campus)
4:30 – 6:00 pm     Team Workout — Endurance
Tuesdays – Speciality Practice

Wednesdays (practices focused on intensity)

Thursdays – Specialty Pratice

4:30 – 5:15 pm High Jump Long Jump  Relay  Shot Put Recovery Run *Off campus
5:15 – 6:00 pm High Jump Long Jump Speed Development Shot Put

Specialty practices are not mandatory and subject to Coaches’ approval.

Athletes may NOT participate in the same activity more than once per practice day.

This schedule is subject to change based on coaches availability and interest.
