Great meet this past Saturday at Oxnard, the kids are doing some amazing things! Hopefully Oxnard will get the results finalized and they will be posted shortly.
This Thursday practice will be held at Arroyo Verde Park as there is a track meet that afternoon at Buena. Practice will still be held from 4:30-6:00.
Next week (April 1-5) is Spring Break for the Ventura Schools. Practices for our group will be held as normal, so please try to attend if you are in town. If you will be out of town, please have your athlete talk to me and get the workouts. It is important that they continue to get in some activity, a complete week off at this point would not be helpful. I am not certain if all speciality coaches will be here next week or not, but if they are, speciality practices will continue to be held.
No meet this coming Saturday, March 30, but we will have a meet the Saturday at the end of Spring Break, April 6th (at Newbury Park). If your athlete will be out of town for part or all of next week but wishes to participate in the meet on April 6th, they can give me their event choices this week or you can e-mail them to me (ericreynolds@roadrunner.com) before Thursday, April 4th at 7 p.m.
