Tigres Parents & Athletes, returning and new – welcome aboard the 2013 Tigres Youth Track Team!
During the first few practices, board members will be present to check birth certificates for new athletes and collect the following form: (please click and download: Age Verification & Signature Form). This form is for the athlete code of conduct, parent code of conduct, volunteer commitment agreement as well as the medical release form. We will need this form signed and brought with you to practice along with a copy of your child’s birth certificate (one form per child registered, and we only need to SEE the birth certificate, we will not be collecting copies).
In an effort to conserve resources, the form is simply the signature portions of the entire packet we normally collect. To confirm what you are signing, you can download and open the tigres registration packet here to read on your computer. If you are unable to open either document and/or print out the signature form, please let us know before Monday – we will only be bringing as many copies as requested. Again, please bring this one page and your child/children’s birth certificates to the first week of practice – look for our Easy-up before and during practices this first week (Feb 11-14). Your child will NOT be allowed to participate without these once we move to Buena.
By now you should have also received communication from your coaches regarding your first practice. If you have not, please send an email with your preferred email address using the contact us page so we can make sure you are added to their distribution lists. Any communication will generally be posted first to the Tigres website. All club announcements such as this will go to the front page, and Team/Age Group news will go to the page for your age group.
