Very hot and very windy (head wind on the home straight) = very tough conditions. However, our team was amazing. It was awesome to see how hard everyone competed and the great sportsmanship that was shown. All of us coaches can not wait to see what this season has in store.
This Saturday is the first real meet of the season, at home vs the Oxnard Stars. All of the events will be offered, so please think about what events you would like to sign up for. Each athlete can run a maximum of four events, with a maximum of three running events. The 4 x 400 is a free event (does not count against your four event maximum) which we encourage as many to run as possible.
